This business was built during naptimes. During contact naps & bedtimes. With babies on my hip, car seats in the backseat, & little pockets of time between being Mom. Looking at these two in their little Grell Team shirts, I’m reminded of what all those little pockets of time have built. Yes, our real estate business pays our bills. BUT the greatest thing it has given our family is time. Time for me to be home with our boys. Time to bring them along when work & motherhood overlap. Time for them to watch Mom & Dad build a business together. & now, time to choose a University Model education for Austen that allows us to be actively involved in his schooling. That life wouldn’t fit neatly into every career. Years ago, we decided we wanted to build something different. Not a business that required our children to disappear so we could work.
